If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a store credit or like exchange, if available.  Your item(s) must be in the original packaging, with tags in tact.  Items returned to us, that are not in their original condition, will not be accepted, and a credit or exchange will not be issued.

 

Please fill out completely the RETURNS FORM that came with your order.  You will be contacted by us once your return is accepted.

 

Refunds for items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date and will be credited for a store credit.  After 14 days, internet sales are considered final. 

 

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  If you have questions about sizing, please contact us and we will email you measurments so you can get an accurate fit.  Store credits expire 1 year from date of issue.  While you have a store credit, the value of your credit will not decreased or be discounted.

 

Returns can be brought to our store.  Or, please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.  It is important to use the 2 line address to ensure proper delivery.
