Afternoon! I hope you are all well – I am indeed in good health and sweating buckets whilst sitting outside on my patio under a sun brolly, drinking hot coffee (why?), and typing away on my computer. I have two naked girls jumping in and out of a paddling pool and immersing themselves in Lego and make-believe games (sometimes simultaneously) and while they are occupied and not close to killing each other, I am going to update you on our work towards our big show in just under two weeks time!!
We are Letting our Lullabies LOOSE!
Hahaha, yes we are allowing our lovely lullabies to venture out soon. Sunday 4th September will see us setting up our stall at the Benham Arena in Northampton (at the crack of dawn I think), ready for what will hopefully be a lot of mummies and babies and daddies and toddlers to come and find us. We are beyond excited!! And…..possibly a little nervous…..bit stressed……but we are seriously looking forward to it. It will be an amazing opportunity to meet other companies and people who offer products, services and advice in the baby/toddler field as well – frankly, it is about time Lullaby Lu got out a bit more…! 😉
It is only when faced with a publicity/marketing opportunity that you suddenly discover all the details and considerations that go hand in hand with such affairs. So many things to say! So many products to show off! So many ‘whats’ so many ‘whys’……How is one supposed to decide what can and will ultimately fit on that 6ft x 2.5ft table?! It has, without a doubt, been a challenge, but with help from my very switched on, easily focused and incredibly inspiring sister Lullaby Lu have managed to fine-tune their approach and are hoping to bring you a customised, lullaby-listening experience! The theory and the concept works BRILLIANTLY! The reality and the logistics – well, we are putting our best foot forward and praying lots. What could go wrong?! 😉
